Terra Brand Identity
Problem
Terra was launching with a fragmented visual presence—social posts, packaging, and their website each looked like they belonged to different companies. They needed a cohesive identity that felt grounded and natural without leaning into clichéd green-washing imagery.
Process
We began with stakeholder interviews and a competitive audit of sustainable brands. From there, I developed a warm earth-tone palette, a custom wordmark, and a flexible typographic system. Mockups were tested across packaging, digital ads, and signage before finalizing the brand guidelines.
Result
Terra launched with a unified identity that increased brand recognition in user testing by 40%. The guidelines document enabled their in-house team to produce on-brand assets independently, reducing external design costs by half within six months.
